At Food Connections, we’re not just manufacturers – we’re also new product development specialists, bakers and suppliers. We’ve worked with companies across the UK and Europe to create, bake and deliver everything from our delicious core range to bespoke new products. When you work with us, you get a lot of expertise.
From the very beginning we’ve held the belief that handmade is best. It achieves authentic tasting, great looking products that people truly love. So although our kitchen is a little bigger than it once was – we’ve now got several large-scale baking facilities – our team of bakers still make everything by hand, from scratch. No cake mixes, no quick fixes.

With over thirty years of specialist experience in new product development behind us, we have the proven skill and knowledge you need in an NPD partner. It’s not just about the skills of our people, either, but our highly adaptable setup. Our handmade production processes give us the flexibility to create a huge range of products and the scalability to meet all kinds of quantity requirements.
Although we believe deeply in maintaining traditional methods and values, we haven’t got where we are today by not responding to change. We’ve kept a keen eye on trends, dietary requirements and flavour preferences, and have used our specialist skills in food innovation to create well-loved products with industry-leading shelf lives that meet the needs of an ever-changing market.
We hold ourselves to extremely high standards. Because of this, we have undergone stringent audits to ensure that our processes are safe, hygienic and compliant from beginning to end and employ qualified, experienced quality managers to oversee our bakery processes on a day-to-day basis. Recently, our bakery was awarded IFS Quality Certification with a 96.8% pass rate, a huge achievement that we’re very proud of.
